But even the most dedicated dancers need a break, and that's where yoga came in. Anne found a more loving environment where she could embrace her body and appreciate what was already there while flowing on the mat.

In her classes, Anne makes sure everyone feels welcome and accepted. She understands that every body is different, so she offers variations of poses to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace.
